PURCHASE ORDER
1. Place the products you like to the Shoping Cart by pushing the button „ADD TO CART“.
2. When you're finished shopping, click on „Shopping bag“ to place your order. Price and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. You can change quantities, use a discount code there too. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to CHECKOUT
3. Please fill ALL the required information to the registration form – PAYMENT ADDRESS and SHIPPING METHOD. Mark boxes to confirm that you accepted the privacy policy and agreed to the terms & conditions. When you’ll check your Cart once again, proceed to Confirm Order.
4. Next step – Order Payment. E. bank via paysera - you are redirected to your bank page and pay directly.
5. After receiving a payment, your order will be launched. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you.
6. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with confirmation and active link to you order status.
DELIVERY
We deliver to any part of the world:
1. You can pick up your goods at the company (address K. Aglinsko g. 19, Garliava, Kaunas District, 8 am-5pm on weekdays). Attention! It is only possible to arrive to pick up the parcel after you have received an SMS confirming that your order has been fulfilled.
2. DPD Pickup network terminals. Choose the most convenient terminal from the list by filling in the shipping information. The shipment will be delivered the next business day after shipment. Price 2,50 Eur.Free of chrage shipping to DPD Pickup network terminals on orders over 60 Eur
3. Fast shipping via DPDcourier service. 1 to 3 working days. Price 3,63 Eur.Free of chrage domestic shipping on orders over 60 Eur.
4. You can pay for the goods in cash or by card to the courier at the time of delivery. 1 to 3 working days. Shipping and this service costs EUR 4.63.
5. Pick up at the nearest Lithuanian post office (delivered by AB Lietuvos paštas within 5-7 business days, depending on the region of Lithuania). Price 4 Eur.Free of chrage shipping on orders over 60 Eur.

TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER
The Buyer accepts the courier shipment within a time that avoids unreasonable delay of the vehicles.
The shipment shall be deemed delivered after receipt of the shipment by the Buyer or his representative.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If you have purchased a defective garment in UAB Vegateksa online store, you may return it in accordance with the Minister of Economy's Order no. 217 (2001, June 29th) “On Approval of the Rules for Return and Replacement of Articles” and the Rules of Return and Exchange of Articles approved by the Minister of Economy (2001 August 17) Order no. 258 “Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services through distance communication”.
If a defective garment has been sold to the buyer without first being aware of its defects, the buyer is entitled to claim from UAB Vegateksa and UAB Vegateksa undertakes:
- to replace a product of inferior quality with a product of appropriate quality;
- reduce the price of the product accordingly;
- to remedy defects of the goods free of charge within a reasonable time;
- to reimburse the cost of rectifying the defect, if the defect was remedied within a reasonable time by the seller himself or with a help of third party
- refund the money paid for the item
