PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Select the products you wish to purchase from the catalogue and add them to your shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”.
In the shopping cart section you will see the selected products, applicable taxes and discounts. Here you may edit your order, change product quantities or apply a discount code. Discounts apply only to non-sale items. Discounts are not cumulative. Once your cart is complete, click “CHECKOUT”.
In the registration form, please fill in all required fields accurately by providing the buyer’s details and delivery information. Tick the boxes confirming that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. After reviewing your order, confirm it by clicking “Confirm Order”.
The next step is payment. Payments are processed via the Paysera system, which will redirect you directly to your selected bank. You may also make a bank transfer to one of the following accounts:

Once payment has been received, your order is registered and processing begins. If any issues arise, we will contact you.

DELIVERY
All orders (except those where “Cash on Delivery” has been selected) are processed and prepared for shipment only after full payment has been received.
We deliver worldwide and cooperate with reliable parcel delivery services.
Available delivery and collection methods:
Collection at our premises at K. Aglinsko g. 19, Garliava, Kaunas district, on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Collection is free of charge. Please note that you may collect your order only after receiving an SMS confirmation that your order is ready.
Collection at DPD Pickup parcel terminals. You may select your preferred terminal when entering delivery information. The parcel is delivered to the selected terminal on the next working day after dispatch. Cost – EUR 2.50. Delivery is free of charge for orders over EUR 60.
Home delivery by courier. Your purchased goods will be delivered to your door by a courier service. Cost – EUR 3.63. Delivery is free of charge for orders over EUR 60.
Cash on delivery. You may pay in cash or by card to the courier upon delivery. The delivery and COD service fee is EUR 4.63.
Collection at a Lithuanian Post office. Parcels are delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the region. Cost – EUR 4.00. Delivery is free of charge for orders over EUR 60.
International delivery is carried out by registered mail. Cost – EUR 15. If you prefer an alternative delivery method, please contact us at info@vegateksa.lt.
TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER
The Buyer must accept the parcel from the courier within a reasonable time, avoiding unjustified delay of the delivery vehicle.
The parcel shall be deemed delivered when it is accepted by the Buyer or the Buyer’s authorized representative.
RETURNS
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without providing any reason. The Buyer must inform the Seller in writing by email or by submitting a free-form withdrawal request.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, retain their commercial appearance and, where possible, be returned in their original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
When returning goods of satisfactory quality, the Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the returned goods are defective, damaged, or the wrong goods were delivered, all return costs shall be borne by the Seller.
Upon receipt of the returned goods and after evaluating their condition, the Seller shall refund the amount paid for the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
Goods that are non-returnable under applicable law shall not be accepted for return.
